Maybe...but I don't know where or how you'd get 'em registered with the
system. (Are DLL's registered? In the registry that is...)

Not if you are running Windows 95. On NT? I don't know.

Install the PWS? It works fine with IE3. IE4 eats IE3 but you can
"uninstall" IE4 and it will bring back IE3 as your browser if you chose to
backup during installation.

As far as MS Personal Web Server and IE3 goes, it is interesting to note
that as late as this January, if you bought FrontPage 98 (which bundles PWS)
it came with IE3 in the box. the two co-existed quite peacefully on my
laptop until I installed IE4 in April.
