If you check support options under Macromedia's web site, you'll see
that they have a discussion list for Fireworks:
news://forums.macromedia.com/macromedia.fireworks. Many other software
manufacturers do the same and there are some public newsgroups, too (for
example, I found five lists related to Photoshop in the newsfeed from my
Interent service provider).
Poke around some, and you'll probably find more than I did. I would
recommend starting with the support sections of the web sites for the
particular graphic software packages that interest you.
