Just do what I used to do when I used this technique: copy and paste the
word art you created in Word into your favorite image editing program
and save it (I used *.jpg for these, though I know some think that's not
a good idea). You'll probably have to scale it down a lot, though. If
memory serves, the images Word created were usually over 900 pixels wide
(depending on the words, of course). I was using Microsoft Image
Composer 1.5 at the time, but it should work in any quality editor.
