As Tim mentions, IE5 is quite stable.

Only major issue I've seen in the beta (I've been using it since about
November too) is that sometimes a hyperlink is not redrawn properly when you
are scrolling and you get a sliced-up smeared look. Causing a full window
redraw restores the hyperlinks to their blue underscored beauty.

I didn't notice this on the RTM version so I'd say it's fixed.

XML support is now fully integrated with comprehensive DOM objects and
namespaces, the WOM (Windows Object Model) is also integrated for
Windows-only cool stuff, and praise-the-below-mentioned-lord a
language-neutral expression evaluation function is included. Lots of boons
for the not-so-thin-client programmer. Many other features to salivate over,
so I needn't go on.
