COnverting .web files

I just got a CD from my hair dresser, I know, spare me the lectures for now.

He was trying to make his website in a software called The Print Shop. Now
the extent of my knowledge of this software is that it comes packaged in
with my kids games. I thought I had see it all in pretend web dev software
that is actually not. I have a .web file (that is period then web) that is
133 mb. Does anyone know how to convert this into html and art files? It is
supposed to have some sort of converter that uploads to the website via
frontpage but heck if I can find it. Sigh, I am way too tech sometimes,
trying way too hard I am sure but please someone out there give me a clue or
20! :)
