A local College class is about to embark on a huge project that will include
ad layout, sales, printing and a web site.  The topic is Y2K.

They have the HTML software along with some graphics software. The graphics
software is not suitable for what they want to accomplish. (PrintShop and
similar) There funds are limited :-)

For graphics to be used for print - camera ready artwork and web publishing,
which programs would be best suited to them with their limited budget?
