ForeHTML

Has anyone used a product called "ForeHTML" to write HTML
documents? If so, can you give me your opinions of it?

I'm not so bothered about its features and functionality (I have a
fair idea of what they are). What I am really interested in is how
good its HTML output is. Does it follow standards? Does it
validate? Is it "pretty" (i.e. easy to look at in Notepad)?
