RE: software to change res. without restart.

Quick Res works perfect for that. if you have windows 95 you can find it 
with the rest of the power toys on the microsoft site. I have it at work 
and you can change it to whatever you want and it is fully functionable. 
Carefull though if you have a low res monitor. At home I tried it and 
blanked out my screen. I had to restart in safe mode and remove the 
program before I could switch it back.
