Hi Mike
I recommend Macromedia Dreamweaver 2 for Visual editor. It's really
good. In addition if you want some coding by hand too... use Allaire's
Homesite.

Subject: Composer/Visual Page....

To all:
I know some of the hardcore developers out there believein hand coding
everything, but IMHO visual tools are out there to save development
time. I have been hand coding web pages in Editpad (the best free text
editor) for the most part lately because front page is such a pain. I
have doubled and trippled my development time by hand coding everything.
I want to go back to a visual editor for my development.
I was wondering if I could get some feedback on various visual editors.
Specifically Composer and Visual Page. I would like to know which
editors follow the Standard HTML syntax without putting all of that junk
code in there. Any comments on other visual editors are welcome.
Thanks in advance,
Mike Kennedy
