hwg-software--> BlueSky WebHelp General Question

Has anyone in this group used BlueSky WebHelp to create online help for an 
Internet (not Intranet) site -- and if so, can you offer a short list of 
pros/cons and issues to consider?

In theory, I am attracted to the idea of using an automated tool and the 
idea of creating a full Help TOC and index. The sample at BlueSky's own site 
looks good, and BlueSky's own literature suggests a very high degree of 
cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility. However, it is very 
difficult to find independent reviews of WebHelp -- and also difficult to 
find examples of sites that use the product.
