IE4 dial-up shortcut

Greetings Guild,

I want to put a shortcut for the IE4 dial-up on my desktop, but I can't
find the actual application.  I'll explain below:

IE4 installed a new dial-up system for my computer (for connecting to the
internet).   When I use IE4, this dialog box pops up, asking me to enter my
password.  It works O.K. but sometimes conflicts with the traditional one
that I used.  So I want to scrap the old one and stick to IE4.

I would like to put a shortcut for this thing on my desktop to replace the
one I was using previously.  I have looked and looked, but cannot find the
dial-up application to which the the shortcut (or alias) should link.

Does anyone know of a way to launch this dial-up without launching IE4?
