Printing program

Hello there!

Since the conversation in this group is what it is, I would like to add an
honest question in here. I've heard that there are programs that can print
web pages AND pages they (their links) are referring to. I just can't find
any. A program like that would be nice when printing tutorials which
consist of a index page with links to every lesson or something like that.
Tucows Browser-Add-Ons advertises that there are printing programs but at
least I couldn't find a one. So if there are programs like that out there,
could somebody help me finding them?

I've found ForeFront WebPrinter. It can't check the linked pages but it's
however a nice program saving lotsa paper. Are there any competitors?
