Hi,

For various reasons I am wanting to change my workstation from Win NT to
Win95.
I need as many supporting arguments as possible and I'm hoping that you can
help me out.

My workstation is a "x86 Model 1 Family 6 Stepping 9" with 64Mb ram and a
2Gb drive (FAT32), currently running NT 4.00.1381. I have NO defrag options.

I inherited this machine when I started working here and it appears that
whoever had it before me simply deleted a LOT of stuff before he left. I
sometimes sit for up to 5 minutes waiting for the machine to stop accessing
the hard drive so I can have some control back. There have been times when
it has simply frozen for a few minutes as well.

It seems obvious to me that the machine needs a format and reload. I am
hoping to get Win95 on it so that I can use a few more programs and have
less trouble with some of my "not quite up to NT" software, like photoshop.
ALthough I think the arguments of software for my job are quite good, our
tech support guy is basically VERY lazy and will try to A. Not format it at
all and then B. Not give me a change of software - hence my request for as
much as you can give me to support my case.

Thanks in advance

Kersti
