Looking for dos2unix windows tool

Hello all, 
  I am looking for a  tool that will save my files in the unix format the
same as if I was using pico etc.  I had discovered a problem with IE 4.72
that made links not readable and was fixing it by just pasting my code over
to pico on telnet.  This way is a bit tiresome( When you have 50 pages or
more..)
Anyone know of a program that would allow for saving in this fashion?
btw, Microsoft's answer to solving this problem is telling the user to
upgrade.( lol)
