Quality management software

I realise this is a long shot, but I'm currently looking for quality 
management software.  Does anyone have any experience with TRIM?  I'm 
particularly interested in the web browser access to a TRIM via TRIM WebDrawer.

I've looked at all the info from their website http://towersoft.com.au/ but 
I'm really interested in hearing from anyone with first hand experience of 
this product.
