For the graphical development of multiple sites, we use and recommend
Dreamweaver (mac and PC). GoLive Cyberstudio http://www.golive.com is also
pretty good if you're on Macs.
If you're able to get into scripting, a very powerful tool is Userland
Frontier (free on http://www.scripting.com/frontier5/ ). MacOS and NT.
These have link checkers in them, but we prefer to use our own service
LinkAlarm for checking entire sites.
