I am a very recent DreamWeaver user, having used Adobe PageMill,
GoLive, and a host of others. A hands-down winner and complexity is
not an issue. If you simply ignore the fancy features, it works fine
-- all the high-end stuff stays out of your way until you are ready.
Solid, dependable, fast, with a great user interface and it makes
very clean code.
If you have doubts, download the demo version. Fully functional for 30 days.
