That did the trick on the page that had the heavy font! I still don't 
understand how the same class produces two different weights of the same font 
on two different pages. I got consistant results in 3 different browsers (2 
weights/same font). 

I'm afraid I know just enough about css to be quite dangerous (more to come, 
I'm sure). Thanks for everyone's patience!
