javascript on framed page

Hi all,

I ran across this page:

and although it is a framed page I tried to look at the code for the java
mouse over on the product picture.  It is an image map utilizing java.  I
currently use LiveImage for my image mapping needs but do not understand how
to achieve this effect.

Can anyone shed light for me?
