I've just been checking out the <noscript> </noscript> tags for a page which
needs JavaScript, and I found that if I turned JS off in Netscape 4.04, the
<noscript> stuff worked OK, BUT all the CSS on the page stopped working.

Is this a known bug?

I've also got a problem with one (and only one) of the classes on this page.
The .footer class doesn't work in Netscape (although it does in IE versions
4 and 5). Any thoughts on that?

The page is at www.access.net.au/~rparker/raa/index.html
