erm...
why don't you ask the people who designed/own the site?
I can't really say what the intention was.....as the site is nothing to do
with me - it's just a link to a site that tells you how to install more than
one copy of IE that I was directed to by another list I'm on.......it's useful
info for people who need/would like to test web pages in multiple versions of
IE.....
Are you asking me to justify the layout model used by other people?
And you people wonder why this list isnt used much....
