hmm...
I actually posted the first message I believe and to
be fair noone's really given a decent answer yet to it
- saying no it doesn't work isn't very helpful - might
I suggest constructive answers?
<soapbox>
Personally I read all the posts and wasn't offended by
another similar question - I just saw it as evidence
of a common need. I find your post more offensive to
be honest as it serves no other purpose than to
dissuade someone stuck on a problem from asking HWG
members for help. Yeah sure read the posts - but often
people reply only to the person posting and not to the
board, so i personally don't mind if I get an extra
email on a question that's just been answered.
</soapbox>
besides I think you probably can get round it anyway
by making a containing table cell the link, rather
than the text, and applying a style to the text which
can be altered dynamically.
(eg mouseover the table cell and change the text
decoration and colour of the text)
rant over ;) - I just know how frustrating it gets
when you're stuck on something seemingly simple!
