CSS boxes in 3 column page

Appreciate the help of this list in getting the css behavior correct with 
regard to making the top div boxes fluid (.title and .topmenu), and getting them to 
be the same fluid width as the lower ones (.box 1, .box 2, .box 3).
 
Also, how does this site look in IE6, please?
