IE 5.x box model issue

Can someone assist me with the fix specific for how Intenet Explorer applies the box
model in the footer area on this page? I've tried various combinations of
float/clear on these two divs, #univ and #footer. This page shows correctly in
Safari and Mozilla, but not IE.
