More netscape problems.

Hey all...

When using NN 4.7 with CSS, I am finding that using the <NOSCRIPT> tag
causes the CSS to break, specifically that the page margins collapse below
the NOSCRIPT tag.

I've also had NN do this when using forms.  I haven't fully investigated
the problem, but it seems like TEXTAREA might do it.  The only solution
that I've managed to do for that one is to put any forms at the bottom of
the page with no content after them.

Anyone find any problems with this?  Any ideas, or is it just something
I'll have to live with?  It really sucks, as I've been adding some
javascript to my site and would like to be able to provide some alternative
content.
