Hi Rob!
Stab in the dark here- nowhere inside your noscript tag set is a call to
your linked style sheet, so I don't think it can display it. But that's a
guess.

Might this line- font: normal 8pt/12pt; be causing the problem? Have you
tried it with just one font size defined?
