Do you have ICQ?

When I'm creating a webpage and run into a problem that makes no sense, it 
sure would be nice to have someone to turn to and say, "hey, could you look 
at this for a sec?".  I imagine there are others who feel the same way.  If 
we created a group, we could help each other.

This mailing list is the closest thing I've found, but it's slow.  On the 
other hand, ICQ is live.  That's why I came up with the idea of creating an 
ICQ Active List.  Does this sound like a good idea?  If so, let me know and 
I'll go ahead and create it =)
