IMHO you might:
1. Get some webspace that doesn't force you to have an
"alien" top banner (and a nasty pop-under!) so you only have
YOUR code on YOUR website.
2. Add a Document Type Definition to your pages so you can
validate your code and have a reliable basis for comparing
browser display.
3. Get rid of all that "pseudo" markup... i.e., don't have
all those links stuck in single DIVs; e.g., use an unordered
list instead (with 'list-style: none;').
