Hi Lisa,

Its a bit difficult seeing what is going on without a corresponding HTML 
page. I've inserted your CSS into a page and uploaded it to 
http://aamcf.co.uk/temp/ns4hover - all the links are links and behave as 
required in NS4 on Win98.

If you give me the URL of one of the pages in question, I'll see what I can 
work out.
