I want three divs to show up side by side.
What's the best way to do it?
Any way to do it and have the widths automatically expand to fill any
available space while keeping them all equal?
Here is what I did. It works okay, but I'm wondering if there is a better way:
.thumbrow {
text-align: center;
}
.thumbs {
width: 210px;
float: left;
text-align: center;
padding:0px;
margin: 0px;
}
<div class="thumbrow">
<div class="thumbs">
<img><br>
<a href="a url">more info</a>
<br>
<a href="another url">buy now</a>
</div>
<div class="thumbs">
<img><br>
<a href="a url">more info</a>
<br>
<a href="another url">buy now</a>
</div>
<div class="thumbs">
<img><br>
<a href="a url">more info</a>
<br>
<a href="another url">buy now</a>
</div>
</div>
p.s. the align thing in the .thumbrow doesn't seem to be doing anything,
perhaps because of the float attribute in it's contents.
