Tags in Emails (was "question about bold tag")

Hi Folks:

Hate to be a pest about this - but can we have some empathy for us 
AOL-challenged email users?  When you place examples of HTML tags in the body 
of your mail, please add a "." inside the tag or some such device that will 
prevent the mail program from reading it.

Otherwise the entire content of the email following that tag will "respond" 
to that tag.

In the above thread, the last email was garbled since the tags in question 
were lost and the body was changed as I described above.

PS - Yes, I know...get rid of AOL.  Tough to do with the two teenagers I have 
that have now adopted it as part of their culture along with their 
friends.....  :-)
