using lists in CSS with netscape

I am trying to use an ordered list within a div tag in BBedit and 
have had success in IE5. When previewing in Netscape 4.7 the entire 
div box bumps to the bottom. If I remove the <ol> and <li>'s it will 
work. I also tried using <blockquote> instead and it did the same 
thing in Netscape.

Any ideas?
