Audio Clips

Hi,

I have a client who would like to put audio clips of his voice and ads on
his web site. I would like to know which is the best format to put it in?? I
have seen quiet a few sites using real player for this.

How does one make a .ram audio file for real player? Once it's made will it
stream automatically?

If I have a video clip what format should it be in, in order for it to
stream in real player?? how does one get it into the required format?
