If they have IE, and you have published the code correctly, they will
be prompted to download the plug-in.  If
they have early versions of NN they will get a broken puzzle piece
icon in place of the icons.  I'm not certain about NN6, they may get a
prompt.  If you have Flash buttons and the viewer does not have they
plug-in they will not work.  If you are using Flash4 it is unlikely
anymore that they do not have the plug-in.
