The coding for the page is how it should be. The font tag is correct...
I believe you may have your browsers font size set to "smallest"... At
least that it what it seems like to me. In IE click on: View >>> Text
Size and see if this is correct. If it is set to smallest you may want
to raise it to medium as this looks fin on 'most' browsers and is what
most developers shoot for.
