Autoconverting HTML 3.2 to HTML 4?

Hi.

Silly question time.

Is there any s/w on the market, that will convert a document written to
HTML3.2, to HTML4?

I know that DW3 will do it the other way around (4 > 3), but what about 3.2
> 4?
