Re: caption tag?

You can do that if you put your image in a single cell table.

caption is a table element. I haven't heard of the other use, but that
doesn't mean it's not there.

<table>
<caption align="bottom">This is my pic</caption>
<img>
</table>

You might need tr's and td's to validate
