Netscape 4.7 problem

I'm having a problem getting a table to work properly in NN 4.7 I'm working
on a template and it works fine in NN 6.2 & IE 6 but is broken in NN 4.7 It
seems to be ignoring the width I'm using for the right center cell.

Maybe a fresh set of eyes can spot something I'm missing? If someone would
be kind enough to have a look at it using NN 4.7 and let me know what the
problem is I would be most grateful. Here's the url:
