A test for me..

Maybe I am missing something when I try this form asa test.  I submit it and
it gives me a huge error.  We are running Microsoft IIS on a WinNT machine
with Microsoft Management Console.  I went into Frontpage Server
Administrator, uninstulled the extensions and re-installed the extensions
for our website.  I'm editting the website with MS Frontpage 2000.  If you
can give me a test I would appreciate it, and please if possible to help me
understand this error it is giving me.  The address is
