Try setting the table width to 100%, then the three column widths to
specific, specific, 100%. It might be an idea to include an extra row
(either at the start or the end), including a transparent 1x1.gif sized to
the required width for the first two columns. This will force them to open
to the correct width.

Works in IE5 and NS4.7, though NS will leave the space for a scrollbar
unless the page is long enough (when the scrollbar will be there anyway).
