Form layout of submission using post method

I'm at the basic to intermediate level with HTML and CGI. I am using a
simple CGI form using the post method to submit the form to an e-mail
address.

Though I have no problems with the layout of the submission in the e-mail
message (field=text entry), I am being asked if there is a more
reader-friendly way to have the form come in. For example, can it be
formated to layout out similar to the form used on the web page.
