form email address

Hi All,

I know this is probably a simple question and I think I already know the
answer....but:

At this address:  http://www.championfr.com/feedback.htm is a form that of
coursed gets sent to an email address.

Can someone tell me what email address it is sent to.  I need to add 12
different address on different variations of this form and want to make sure
that I am placing them in the right spot. Here is where I suspect:

Is this the line:  .S-Email-Format=".HTML/BR"
S-Email-Address="stephen(at)championfr.com" that gets changed?

Need a quick answer....these need to be up by Monday.  Don't you just love
clients sometimes!!
