Loading multiple frame pages

Sometime in the past, this question has been asked and answered - but here
it is again!

I have a site which is basically 2 frames. The top frame is a navigation
frame and contains various menu items c/w rollovers that load a new page
into it's place. What I also want to do is to load a page into the bottom
frame at the same time as the top frame switches pages. I've been bashing my
head against the wall with this one. Anyone have any ideas? Also, will the
scripts affect the rollover function - which I don't want to lose?
