difficulty with AOL

Hi everyone,

I take care of a site for a genealogy group and am constantly being
questioned by one particular member (who is only on AOL) about not being
able to get pages.  Recently he complained about:
www.goddardfamilies.org/newsletter.html . Said the page only loaded to the
fourth paragraph of the first story.

I proposed to him that he did not wait long enough for the page to load but
he says he did wait.  Could anyone shed some light on this?
