Bob,

you've had lots of answers. I find the best way is as follows:

1. Open the picture options dialog and reset the picture to its original
size (100%, same aspect ratio).

2. Copy and paste it into an image editor - I use PSP v6 or 7.

If it looks OK, save it as JPG with whatever options you usually use.

3. If there are missing pixels or other jaggies (which happens sometimes for
no reason I can tell), try doing a screenshot of the Word page of the
resized graphic, as others have explained.

If you don't reset the size, Word tends to make the resulting image
(especially line art rather than photos) rather fuzzy.
