window.open

Hi !

I'm attempting to open a small window using the JS window.open. All goes
well EXCEPT it insists on the height being a certain minimum. i.e. I try and
open it, say, 100 pixels but it always seems to create a window far taller
than it should be. I've tried reducing the height but it always comes out at
least a certain number of pixels. Any idea as to what I'm doing wrong ??
