re: MSN browser problems

Hi Nancy,

I don't have the MSN browser so couldn't test (the page looked fine in IE4),
but this sort of thing sometimes happens (especially in NS) when the browser
widths don't compute properly - e.g. mixtures of % and pixel widths, or a
table width that adds up to a different # of pixels than the cell totals.

Doesn't explain why other similar pages are OK though :-(
