OT: filters for mail

please reply privately, as this is off-topic...

Okay, I know I must be stupid or something, because I've set the filters,
and they still arent' working...  I'm going to Tools-Message Rules-Mail, and
have set the following:

Apply this rule after the message arrives
Where the From line contains 'hwg-techniques(at)hwg.org' or
'hwg-techniques(at)mail.hwg.org' or 'owner-hwg-techniques(at)hwg.org' or
'mail.hwg.org'
    and Where the To line contains 'hwg-techniques(at)hwg.org' or
'hwg-techniques(at)mail.hwg.org'
    and Where the CC line contains 'hwg-techniques(at)hwg.org' or
'hwg-techniques(at)mail.hwg.org'
Move it to the HWG-Techniques folder

It *still* doesn't work... any suggestions?
