Directories By Date

At work we are trying to make it extremely simple for some to maintain their
web presence (very web challenged) - so in some cases we just have them drop
their files into a folder and then just list the directory.  My problem is
that the directory sorts alphabetically rather than by date - I want it to
sort by date.  Is that something that we have to set on our server (IIS - NT
Option Pack 4) - on the virtual webs (FrontPage - I know - YUK) or can it be
done at the folder level  - or ????

I'm a webdesigner not a server admin so all this is above me.

It does not matter how I have the files listed in the folder (which I have
sorted by date) - it always defaults to alphabetical.
