Hi Rob,

I've encountered this problem many times when trying to create 'tight'
designs using frames.

You just need to think through your design again, and find a way to
compensate for the problem.  Just give yourself a bit more space for
Netscape to mess up.

If you send me a URL, I might be able to be more helpful.

In my opinion, considering IE's market share, it's not worth creating a
whole Netscape-specific site to get around this problem.  I mean, we are
only talking about a few pixels here and there, right?
